Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, digital goods, or items explicitly listed as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Send an email to support@mikaeel.shop including your order number and the reason for your return request. A member of our team will get back to you 24–48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Payments processed through Shopify Payments are subject to standard bank processing times and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

Should your refund not appear within 5–7 business days, we recommend checking with your bank before contacting us at support@mikaeel.shop. Processing times can vary by institution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please email support@mikaeel.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. undefined is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@mikaeel.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
